Swedish Massage: This light touch massage helps ease tension and stress.  This technique is both relaxing and can help energize your body.

This massage is the best of both world’s relaxation and relieving tightness while concentrating on a few tight areas, but also help you unwind from the day.

This massage targets specific problem areas: working on those tight muscles to help release knots and fascia.

Warm Basalt Stones will be used in this massage.  They are smooth stones that offers a soothing radiate heat, that penetrates deep into your body, that will help soothe those tight muscles.

You can schedule your first massage after your first 12 weeks.  This massage will be tailored to each mother, and her needs, while focusing on the issues soon-to-be mothers experience.

Cupping Therapy is the placement of cups onto the body to help loosen connective tissue thereby increasing circulation and lymph flow.  The gentle pulling creates a deep but relaxing sensation with the use of vacuum pump cups.

Lomilomi is a traditional Hawaiian Massage.  The technique uses long continuous strokes designed to help the body relax.  Lomilomi helps with lymph flow, helps eliminate waste and toxins. One of the most relaxing massages besides Swedish.

Reflexology is the application of pressure to the feet and hands.  The theory of reflexology is that areas in the feet and hands correspond to organs in the body.  The pressure applied to those areas is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding areas of the body.  It’s great for plantar fasciitis.

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing technique.  This form uses gentle touch or hands placed above your body.  This helps guide this energy in a way that promotes balance and healing.
